Why is a plant based diet important? Watch this film

Have you heard about this free documentary called "Forks over Knives?" If not - I highly recommend putting your feet up and giving it a view! I love this film because it really does empower individuals with the knowledge of just how a plant-based whole foods diet can affect chronic disease processes and health in general - not just physical health but mood and cognition and even healing potential as well. What is more, these dietary changes really can be made through small steps - even little changes can make a big difference, if made consistently. This film and its accompanying website offers a lot of guidance to get started, one bite at a time. :)


It is based on the work by T.Colin Campbell PhD, someone I admire very much for their contributions to medicine and the world of nutrition.
